Quality Guarantee

All of our sole agent, agent, distributor could obtain our quality guarantee and after sales service. Clause as hereby:
A. Agent/distributor must essential strictly takes charge of our provided product use direction (including user instruction, use condition) to use and direct user to use relational products, It's not the quality guarantee scope if against use direction to lead to product broken..

B. Agent/distributor need to serial number and array in order for broken products, and enclose broken reasons and pictures.

C. Once reach certain quality, agent/distributor have to return the broken products under our requested time

D. Quality guarantee scopes:
1、 LED spot light series: regular LED spot light, whole lamp guarantee12 months and provide relevant spare parts, agent/distributor may change dead LED by himself under our direction, our firm provide free replacement service within 12 months quality guarantee time; high power spot light, whole lamp guarantee 24 months, our firm provide replacement service with 24 months guarantee time.

2、 LED pendant lamp, table lamp, wall lamp, street lamp, flood lamp, ceiling lamp etc illumination and lighting series: made by regular LED lighting source, whole lap guarantee 12 months and provide relevant spare parts, agent/distributor may change dead LED by himself under our direction, our firm provide replacement service within 12 months quality guarantee time; made by high power LED lighting source, whole lamp guarantee 24 months, our firm provide replacement service with 24 months guarantee time.

3、 LED rope light, pool lamp, tube, LED Twinkle light, decoration lighting series: whole lamp guarantee 12 months, our firm provide replacement service within 12 months guarantee time.

4、 LED full color display, LED stripe display and LED digital display series: whole product provide 24 months quality guarantee and provide relevant spare parts, agent /distributor replace the broken parts under our direction, our firm provide product maintenance and spare parts replacement service in guarantee time.

5、 LED projects: our firm provide quality guarantee for whole project or part of the project according each project actual situation.

E. Within quality guarantee time, our firm feedback the processing report after confirming the broken report and picture after 3 work days, our firm would return products within 30 days after agent/distributor confirmed the processing report
